Naguru Teenage Centre (NTC) has worked in the field of adolescent sexual and reproductive health and rights (ASRHR) for almost 3 decades, implementing a youth friendly responsive model of ASRHR services. Established in 1994, NTC is a pioneer adolescent health program in Uganda established to provide “Youth Friendly Responsive” ASRHR services and information, primarily targeting young people 10-24 years old.

Naguru Teenage Centre seeks to engage an audit firm to provide audit services for a period of three years with annual statutory audits done at the end of each financial year running from July to June effective July 2023.

Naguru Teenage Information and Health Centre(NTIHC) is the pioneer program in providing Youth Friendly Adolescent Sexual Reproductive
Health and Rights (ASRHR) services in Uganda. NTIHC is implementing the SHE SOARS project with support from CARE International in
Uganda in West Nile Districts of Arua and Madi Okollo. The project aims to improve access to Sexual and Reproductive Health(SRH) services for
adolescents, particularly out- of – school adolescent girls. The project also intends to support vocational skills apprenticeship for most vulnerable
boys and girls in the role model boys’ and girls’ groups.

DESIGNING AN ONLINE SMS SYSTEM

NTIHC is seeking an experienced I.T company/personnel to develop and design the bulk SMS system. The bulk SMS system will be used in communication with key populations to promote access to HIV/AIDS information on day-to-day basis. The proposed system should be web based which will be accessed and integrated into the already existing NTIHC Muvubuka.com domain. The portal should be accessible anytime anywhere.
