Monitoring and Evaluation
With huge numbers of young people accessing services at the facility, the monitoring and evaluation department aims at tracking data to evaluate progress and assess achievement of the program. In operationalizing its approach to M&E, NTIHC conducts routine collection and analysis of service data at Kiswa facility and community-based data for all outreaches and other community-based activities. Biannual surveys on quality of services and client satisfaction are conducted to measure changes in quality of services as well as clients’ perceived satisfaction with the quality of services provided.
